Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Matthew Musheno is an account manager at Johnson Controls Inc., where he has been since 1999. Matthew Musheno and his wife also believe in charitable giving and contribute to several nonprofits, including the National Center for Fathering.

Established in 1990, the National Center for Fathering (NCF) is a nonprofit that strives to strike back against a trend of fatherlessness in America, operating under the belief that all children deserve and need a father they can count on. To this end, NCF focuses on providing tools and resources that help fathers to be actively engaged in the lives of their children.

One way the NCF works toward this goal is through training: through seminars, small groups, and training programs, they have reached more than 80,000 fathers. The NCF personally trains men to pass along the nonprofit’s research-based father training in communities around the world. Men who are interested in becoming an NCF trainer should visit www.fathers.com/training-2, where they can learn about education options.
